1 ART with 4 agile teams (cyber-physical system) within Siemens Division Building Technologies:As agile Coach I help the people and organization during transformation to lean/agile structures, ways of working and mindset implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Focus on Coaching the Leadership team (Lean Agile Center of Excellence - Transition Team) to implement servant leadership culture, Product Management to life the role Product Management and Product Owner and to empower the agile teams in self-organizing way of working within an Agile Release Train (ART) with focus on hardware & mechanic team. I am still in contact with the Leadership team to follow up the lean-agile transformation.

Leadership Training in Coaching in Transformation to Lean Agile Enterprise based on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 4.6 and 5.0). Set up of ART (3 teams at the beginning) and PI Planning with Product Vision, PI Roadmap to increase Time to Market and fulfil ART commitment against Business Owners.
