He actively participated in construction sites for a turnkey construction company for six years, collaborating with architects, quantity surveyors, and the construction office. Demonstrating his management skills, he then led the quantity surveyor (QS) office for two years. Now, Werner serves as the Project Development Manager for multiple companies and their affiliates.He has overseen and managed a diverse range of projects across South Africa and several African countries, including commercial, residential, agricultural, and industrial developments. Known for his leadership and collaboration skills, he has successfully navigated complex projects demanding precise scheduling and rapid completion. From inception to handover, he meticulously manages all processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
