His career in Industrial and Transportation Design has given him the opportunity to develop his interest in CAD modelling and surfacing techniques. In 2003 he became the studio manager of Technicon Design GmbH in Rüsselsheim. In this position he was able to implement newly defined workflows, higher quality standards and new data management processes in the studio. Through constant contact with automotive clients and the awareness of industry needs, Werner continued to be involved in the development of design modeling processes and teaching strategies. Werner became one of the driving forces of the Technicon Design Academy which was then founded in 2008 and has been recognized as an Autodesk Authorized Training Centre. His interest in R&D continues and together with the support of Autodesk, he is engaged in the development of new digital processes to satisfy today’s demand for speed, ease of use and quality.Dagmar Miller
