I get bored quickly, especially if things stagnate. I am involved in so many, very different areas. I am privileged to lead an amazing church, with great community impact. I also serve on boards, write books, do public speaking, and do consulting where I help leaders, businesses, and NGOs to be healthy, profitable, and significant. In the future I want to pivot into a main role of consulting, especially around strategy and human capital.My main strengths would be my practice and ability to keep learning a wide range of skills. I have extensive leadership experience and my unique background give me deep insight into human behavior.I am not bound to a specific product or methodology (although I have many of those I can use) but have the confidence to enter any situation or any company with a "blank sheet" approach and help create custom solutions. I am very good at working between things and the various ways they relate in the in the big picture. Companies I have consulted for include Bigen Africa, RMS, Elliot-Maris, and more. Personality? I am full of humor, fun to work with, care about people, and a general lover of life. I love the outdoors, nature, learning, reading, writing, politics, history, economy, sports, people...I find almost everything interesting! I am a spiritual person and follow Jesus. His Golden Rule of "Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you" is a guiding principle for me. I am active and like physical challenges: I have completed various ultra-marathons, trails, and Ironman 70.2 events. Traveling is high on my priority list; I have been to many countries on five continents. One of my foremost values is family. I am happily married and we are blessed with four beautiful children - three boys and a girl.
