BTS stands for Business Transformation Services and has a regional mission for Middle & Eastern Europe (MEE) within SAP's Customer Success organization. The unit is supporting SAP customers in all vital aspects of their Digital Transformation journey. In doing so, the optimal utilization of SAP products and technology to realize the customer’s business strategy is center.The role of the Head of BTS Industry MEE includes the leadership and management of all Business Transformation consulting teams with a distinct industry focus. Currently, 16 industries with more than 50 different business models are covered by the BTS Industry teams. The most important competencies of BTS Industry are:- Business Model Design & Implementation- Digital Enterprise Architecture Design & Realization- Business Process Management- Business Value Management
