I currently live in the Overberg, South Africa. I am a Permaculture practitioner and designer and prefer to live the rural farm life, where I mix software development and small scale farming into my perfect slice of heaven, where ever I may be. Aside from recently rejoining the corporate life as principle engineer at Zepz, I have since 2017 been developing a RAD (Rapid Application Development) product that I am public-ally open sourcing in the coming months once it is what I'd consider feature complete and properly documented. Currently the product is closed to an initial set of clients and joint venture development projects. It is a platform / springboard aimed at SME and large corporates wanting to do fast mobile first SPA apps built, using React, GraphQL, NodeJS and various other pieces of enterprise grade development tools. I primarily use the platform for my own development endeavours as my chief aim is productivity and to deliver consistent results, it can be used as a green-fields starter kit or used as integration hub and front end for larger distributed systems.
