Management position providing supervision and leadership to Technical/Team Leads responsible for each applicable account, manage the schedule, cost, manpower, and quality concerns of all work performed. Duties also include high-level customer liaison and new customer orientation and development. Reports to Reginal Director of Operations.• Manages several key accounts at the CDI’s Phoenix design center – major accounts are Boeing Satellite, Raytheon Missile Systems, BAE, Honeywell, etc. – increased revenue on key accounts.• Initial interface with new customers and current customers on technical issues, processes, and job requirements and subsequently coordinating incoming work packages for schedule requirements with team leads.• Work closely with the design, engineering, and business development teams to support and win integrated Engineering/Design packages. Involved in developing new business with existing customers.• Proactively develops plans, processes and policies that directly or indirectly improve customer service, quality, resource, environment, etc. ensures implementation when appropriate.• Responsible for the profitability of my section of the Engineering/Design business. Is a champion and motivator, drive a culture of process discipline and customer satisfaction.• Responsible for the complete end to end solutions including Design, Engineering, Drafting, Fabrication and Delivery

Multi-site collaboration ETS design lead to minimize site key workloads spikes and lows by sharing resources. Developed a low cost design center in Mexico for globalization initiatives. Designs, validates and releases engineering drawings, models, and parts list using TcE and PDM (eMatrix) using robust configuration management of data. Support development of new and existing turbine components by producing robust test designs. Participates or leads in preliminary and final design reviews and presents new layouts and designs to team.
