I built our distribution model to include warehouses and manufacturing in five continents. I also successfully expanded into the retail industry, and built a successful on-line business. In recent years, I provided the CFO and COO services for SMEs. More specifically in technology-driven manufacturers, IT Managed Support providers, telecommunication expense providers, and e-commerce companies. Deeply involved with consumer products, LED lighting solutions and electronic supply chains. As Chief Financial Officer, I was involved with financial decision-making, supply chain management initiatives, operational metrics, and business development. My real expertise, and passion – is building a business to higher levels of productivity and profitability through strategic vision, innovative product development, creating a customer-focused culture, and driving operational excellence through the implementation of Six Sigma.
