I’m a finance and business manager with 20+ years of experience in both the traditional accounting and management space, with thorough knowledge and experience in the financial disciplines of corporate finance, financial analyses, corporate law and dealing with business acquisitions and mergers. The past few years I worked extensively with business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and disposals which opened a new field of interest to me.Over the past 4+ years I focused on ongoing credit risk management, distressed debt restructuring and legal collections and recoveries within the banking environment to address the challenges posed by the current worldwide dampened economic environments and the economic impact which Covid-19 had on local and international trade as well as on tourism affecting the Namibian economy. Apart from the corporate environment culture, I'm used to I strive to comply with the highest ethical standards set in the finance industry.
