Work included the full strip out of the 2nd floor offices and refurbishment back to CAT B, whilst retaining the Grade 2 listing features. Included new Air Conditioning systems, and full new electrical & lighting systems. New toilet, showers, tea point. All common staircases refurbished with new plasterboard ceilings, lighting and carpets, reception refurbishment. The full building externally was cleaned and redecorated.

Part of the ISG management team who successfully delivered the Olympic Overlay to the London 2012 Cluster 4 Venues. Transforming Lords Cricket Ground into the Archery Venue for the 2012 Olympic games and returning it back to it's original state within 4 days after the event to be ready for England vs South Africa meeting.

Project Value of £345,000.00_Delivering Project Belmont Medical Centre on JCT Standard form of contract with contractors M&E design. Completed in 2 phases whilst full occupied throughout works. Involved strip out of existing and refurbishment of two floors to form new HMT standard health care doctors surgery. Works involved new structural works throughout, install new DDA lift between floors, new treatment and consulting rooms, new reception and waiting area and new roofing. All joinery, and finishes to meet health care guidelines.
