Transitioning to Central Developments as a Senior Project Manager and Marketing Manager would bring my extensive project management experience to the fore. I was responsible for numerous construction projects, including a retirement village with 498 units.► MARKETING MANAGEMENTWhile building on my already established project management skills, this role served to grow my marketing management experience exponentially.I found that marketing properties allowed for a holistic perspective of property development. While I was previously only concerned with the inception and completion of projects, I was now also engaged in the sale and marketing of properties.

My solid management skills and technical aptitude eventually led to exciting opportunities for advancement. My early career as an Interior Designer gave me a solid footing in the design and consultative skills required in the property development industry.► DESIGN SKILLSPreparing designs and working drawings allowed my creativity to flourish. Working on commercial and domestic properties supplied fertile and ample opportunities to reinvigorate my design concepts.► PRACTICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCEMy role entailed working with various contractors and supervising project works. Besides, I gained experience with the necessary processes involved in preparing plans for city council approval.
