Every challenge has a solution. The journey you take to find that solution is exhilarating. Finding that solution is the reward.I started my career as a developer and solutions architect working on network security products. I designed and developed various systems and lead a couple of teams implementing products for QoS monitoring and service assurance for primarily mobile operators. My role constantly converged on solution architecture, pre-sales, requirements capturing, training and finding solutions for high-level and intricate challenges. My personal DIY projects to-do lists also bear evidence of these traits. My experience in product development and management, pre-sales, deployment and post-sales services, gives me a broad understanding of the life of a product and solution from inception till its end of days, both technically and commercially. I can comfortably put on multiple hats and work with the various teams involved in a solution. With my client interactions, I can have deep-dive whiteboard sessions with technical staff and have business-focused discussions with senior management.
