I'm the co-founder and CEO of Vitls, a platform that includes the thinnest, most unobtrusive wearable available today that can monitor a full suite of vital signs reliably and continuously.In 2004 I co-founded a2btransfers.com, an airport transfers company. We have offices in London, South Africa, and Greece. Today, Hoppa.com (formerly a2btransfers.com) is the world's nr 1 transfer specialist, serving 7,500 cities and resorts through 700 Airports, Ports and Train Stations in 116 countries. I sold a majority stake in the company and although still a shareholder, I'm no longer actively involved in the day-to-day.In 2014, along with an amazing team of people, I started a new chapter for the Entrepreneurs Organisation in Durban, South Africa and took on the role of President.When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, hunting and exercising.

Vitls was born out of a need to have something that could continuously and accurately measure Werner's son’s temperature remotely. Emjay suffered from febrile seizures which made Werner and his wife hyper-sensitive to fever. They would take turns and spend nights in his room in order to monitor his temperature so they could react as soon as he developed a fever.
