- Carry out all investigation work of suspicious bookings and member activity in accordance with regulatory and business standards;- Assess high-risk customer transactions;- Gather intelligence and evidence using recognised, approved sources and complying with all relevant legislation;- Maintain comprehensive records and files relating to investigation work;- Provide the Payments team with appropriate guidance on active fraud cases;- Undertake fraud risk assessments to ensure robust controls are in place to mitigate fraud cases;- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on all fraud investigations;
