- Working for a leader in the maritime industry;- Being the first point of contact for the customer;- Current working area: Benelux countries and Denmark;- Guiding the process from the stage of receiving the customer’s inquiry for spare parts till invoicing;- Working in SAP and SalesForce;- Staying in touch with international stakeholders;- Working closely and supporting the Account Manager of the dedicated area - proactively calling customers to discuss the possibilities, as a part of the campaign; discussing terms and conditions with the customer, such as pricing, delivery terms, etc.- Taking part in customer meetings together with the Account Manager responsible, both online and offline;- Connecting other departments (such as Logistics, Quotations, Purchasing, etc.)- Being a part of the pilot NPS team - calling the customer after receiving positive and negative feedback;- Handling claims;- Handling risk orders - prepayment orders;- Supporting new colleagues in the team.
