Strategic Account Manager
CurrentAs a Strategic Account Manager, my primary focus is growing and maintaining effective and profitable client relationships, and advancing the agency via sales and new business. I am instrumental in identifying opportunities for clients and shaping project work, in addition to developing long-term strategic and business vision for the brands we work with.I enjoy being a positive champion for both the agency and the client, striving to ensure mutual benefit and success. I guide client engagements as well as cross-functional teams, offering leadership, creativity, and insight to support the achievement of shared goals. I like a dynamic workload and my days may often be spent serving clients and coworkers in a variety of ways. You might find me:* Creating sales decks with meaningful storytelling and thoughtful problem solving to connect with and engage potential clients.* Coaching our teams through presenting a project strategy for a new client. * Helping a junior designer arrive at an optimal solution to a UX problem.* Drafting and negotiating client contracts. * Keeping senior management up to date on high level, big picture conversations and strategic planning. * Working with our dev team on finding and implementing tools from a new technology vendor. * Establishing and analyzing project budgets and resource planning with our client services team. * Interfacing with 3rd party partners to create shared solutions and opportunities for our clients.* Handling conflict, change, ambiguity and crisis with maturity and poise :)
