It is my responsibility to ensure that Idaho Central Credit Union's digital marketing campaigns are executed with accurate and relevant content. From design to delivery it is imperative that I create an experience for our membership that enhances their overall experience.Other responsibilities include monitoring current marketing efforts and communicating trends and reports to Senior Management. I serve as the administrator for our MCIF software and am an expert with Raddon Financial's MCIF Solutions including: iNTEGRATOR, iMatrix, and iList.I also have extensive professional experience with Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Vendor Management.

Was responsible for the strategy, management, and execution of all email marketing strategies for Idaho Central Credit Union. From design to delivery it was my responsibility to ensure that our brand was strengthened and represented in the highest regard in all digital marketing platforms. Other duties included the management of all member data in our MCIF software, iNTEGRATOR. With this solution I provided campaign reports and measurements, market analysis and segmentation, and generated outbound efforts, such as call lists and direct mail contacts. Expert with Raddon Financial's MCIF Solutions iNTEGRATOR, iMartix, and iList.I was a member of the ExactTarget Market Advisory Council and was recognized as an ExactTarget Power of One finalist.I also implemented Idaho Central Credit Unions first electronic onboarding effort for new memberships.

Was responsible for providing front-line service for all Idaho Central Credit Union members. Provided financial advice and service to ensure financial success and stability for the membership at Idaho Central Credit Union.

Volunteer leader of 200+ young men and women in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Held regional leadership positions and was responsible for the logistics and safety of multiple areas and and missionaries. Provided training and leadership to others while serving in a foreign country.
