I have been an avid gamer since 1998; actively playing both AAA and import titles, building and managing a diverse gaming community, running my game consultant start-up and most recently publishing Black Desert Online. These many years of experience have shown me what can make a game successful or tear a project apart. I desire to bring that experience with me to your team and apply it to every project I become involved in.In 2009, I transitioned from a consumer to a consultant through the establishment of my own consulting company, Critical Strike Solutions. The processes that I developed through this time are what I believe to be one of the most insightful steps in my career as a gamer. I believe in transparency with consumers, high-quality game content, and most importantly maintaining brand integrity. These experiences have led to the insight necessary to facilitate product improvement with publishers and producers making their games as successful as possible. This position has afforded me many opportunities to see the inner workings of development, production, publication, and upkeep of my passion. Through my experience with Critical Strike, SOE & Kakao, I have personally worked in multiple areas of the industry; monetization modeling, customer service, product influence, resource management, community management, marketing and most importantly, project management.
