Over 20 years of active and reserve service. Active duty included service as shipboard Department Head, Combatant Craft Patrol Officer, Ship’s Security Officer and Safety Officer Afloat. Waterborne security operations, interaction and liaison with foreign military and law enforcement personnel. Reserve service included Coastal and Harbor defense and security as well as multiple assignments in Emergency Preparedness functions including liaison between military and civil authorities.
