• AH-64D/E Standardization Instructor Pilot (SIP)/Instrument Examiner (IE) and senior advisor to the Squadron Commander for the Aircrew Training Program (ATP).• Manage a Squadron ATP consisting of 80 rated crew members and advise commanders at all levels of the unit’s readiness.• Develop situational training exercises in order to produce the technical and tactical experts at an individual, crew, and collective level.• Mentor and develop all Warrant Officers in the Squadron on aviation related matters and professional development.• Senior advisor for all Warrant Officer issues in the Squadron to include education, and career development.• Develop and manage the Squadron’s flying hour program as well as assist in managing the transition to the AH-64E model via the New Equipment Training Team.

• Subject Matter Expert on the Task Force’s (TF) assigned aerial weapons platforms: AH-64D, OH-58D, CH-47F, • and UH-60L/M.• Responsibilities include-implementation and efficient management of the task force’s aviation gunnery program, • education, and training of four line company’s and assigned aircrews.• Task Force ATTACK’s aviation rules of Engagement and tactical directive expert; ensured the requirements are understood and applied by the TF’s personnel during combat operations in this challenging environment.• Ensured innovative and relevant tactics, techniques, and procedures are incorporated into gunnery training; yielding positive results and decisive fires on the OEF battlefield.• Advise commanders at all echelons with planning, development, execution, and evaluation of all engagement related actions on the objective.• Ensured air to ground integration training, and operations were effectively executed in support of American and coalition partners.

• Company Standardization Instructor Pilot (SIP) in an AH-64D equipped attack helicopter battalion responsible for the technical and tactical proficiency of 32 aviators on the employment of the AH-64D Apache Longbow in Day/Night/NVS/NVG/Instrument flight in support of both lethal and non-lethal operations.• Responsible for maintaining and enforcing the standards required for the safe employment of the AH-64D Apache Longbow by training and evaluating all aviators of the unit to the highest standards possible.• Advised the commander on the management of the Aircrew Training Program, and served as the commander’s primary technical and tactical consultant.• Ensured Alpha company aviators were trained and prepared for rapid deployment in response to (Global Reaction Force) GRF requirements.• Mentored and counseled Instructor Pilots, Officers, and Warrant Officers.
