Project Manager – The Project Manager has the dual responsibility of being the client’s point of contact while also coordinating the back-end engineering. The Project Manager works with clients to assess organizational needs and define project scopes, schedules, and budgets that provide ultimate value while managing risk and competing constraints. This role has project ownership from the proposal through acceptance and completion.Mechanical Associate – The Mechanical Associate works alongside senior engineers and project managers to plan, design, and execute engineering. Activities of a Mechanical Associate include participating in constructability reviews, 3D scanning, field measurements, material and equipment specifications, and sizing for control valves, relief valves, flash tanks, pumps, and motors. Mechanical Associates coordinate the completion of PFDs, P&IDs, general arrangements, and pipe drawings.

Participated on a team of professional engineers completing traffic impact analysis (TIA), signal and roadway design projects.• Traffic Analysis: Responsible for TIA reports to include: scoping, traffic counts, site trip generation, traffic volume estimation, Synchro models to analyze queue lengths, intersection level-of-service, signal warrants and coordination.• Signal Design: Prepare signalization plans, optimize signal timings, and review cut sheets.

Lead team of clinical and administrative professionals while commissioning value-added projects across all business units. Results included adding 6 mental health programs (600% increase), employment of 100 full-time and 50 part-time staff (1,500% increase), serving 1,000+ clients (1,000% increase), and increasing revenue from $500k to $6m annually.• Project Management: Oversaw PM life cycle to include: project charter, scope of work, schedule and milestone development / management, customer relationships, technology implementation, estimation, cost analysis, earned value management, metric development / reporting, risk management, vendor interface and project performance.• Business Development: Sought new opportunities and created business case studies to include: feasibility study, executive summary, SWOT / market analysis, human resource plan, operations / management plan and financial projections.

Evaluated position using LEAN methods to improve the financial reporting process by removing non-critical components, simplification of chart of accounts, and documenting standard operating procedures to improve accuracy. Improvements saved the company an estimated $100k annually through reduction in budget waste, contracting fees, and personnel wages.• Financial Oversight: Developed and monitored financial policies and controls to include: cost estimation / analysis, budget plans, operating expense funds, annual spending plans, obligated funds tracking / disbursement, account reconciliation, financial reporting and tax preparation.• Corporate leadership: Lead board of director meetings to make critical decisions regarding corporate mission, vision, structure and strategic direction, personnel matters, budget allocation, financial reports and real estate transactions.
