My work with EwA was short but meaningful. Some of my spent my time in the field data collecting, which consisted of taking note of emerging phenophase's over a span of four months. Other aspects of the internship include creating pheno sheets (info sheets) on individual plants, writing articles that focused on both water and plastic pollution issues, and became an avid and proficient user of INaturalist

I was an active Team Member for almost a year. Starting from just a sales associate, I worked up to being a Sales Lead, a Co-Manager, and am the became acting store Manager of 1302. My work involved training and managing team members, processing payroll, stocking, shipment control, and overlooking the LP (loss prevention) aspect of the store.
