It Systems Manager
Current• Lead major system implementation and/or application development projects, and sets standards for systems administration within the corporation. • Coordinate activities related to the management, acquisition, installation, maintenance of telecommunications and information systems and related equipment.• Primary purchaser of computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment in support of IT operations.• Set and document network standards; train less senior analysts in the area of network administration. Monitor and support routers and switches in a WAN and LAN environment. Administer and maintain wireless networked devices including computers and phones.• Configure, install and maintain servers to support the IT infrastructure and application environment.• Coordinate equipment installation and maintenance activities with appropriate department managers to avoid disruption in communications and ensures efficiency of operations.• Oversee daily operations of corporate helpdesk.
