I design and curate extended experiences and events with the goal of bringing talented individuals together, strengthening their connections, and creating enduring networks of leaders who want to make their worlds better. At my core I am an educator who challenges others to step outside their comfort zones because that's where the growth happens. As a 3rd Grade AAP Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools, I created and delivered engaging and differentiated instruction for advanced academic students, using my experience design and facilitation skills to foster a collaborative and creative learning environment. I have been teaching since September 2023, after working for over 10 years in the nonprofit sector, where I designed and managed impactful programs and events for high-achieving students from diverse backgrounds.My passion for education and equity stems from my own academic journey as a Spanish language and literature major, with a MA from the University of Virginia and a certificate in facilitation from Georgetown University. I believe that socioeconomic equity is required for a better world and diversity is a source of strength. I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my impact and learn from others.
