The project is a Four (4) train 8.8MTPA using the owner’s technology. We completed this activity in 6 months. KBR performed a detailed review of the fabrication schedule to insure EPC schedule as accurate based on current market conditions. CMT cost including fabrication yards were reviewed to ensure the appropriate resources were planned to support the project.

The project did not have a site procurement team and as a result it was necessary to develop this team through the Subcontractor.
