This project was the first of its kind for this organization. Provided consultation on initial planning, developed strategies for implementation, trained leadership team for long term sustainability and managed all funding streams.⋅ Opened the Simplicity Outreach center 18 months after initial planning began⋅ Increased monthly traffic into the Simplicity.
