Specialties: - Coordinate and monitor all MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Water, Plumbing, Drainage, Irrigation and Fire Fighting) with their program schedule for proper flow of work on site which concerns the structural and architectural services.- Performing clash detection and making report generation using Revit MEP and Navisworks- Making necessary correction and alteration for 100% clash free- Materials take off and preparation of detailed Bill of quantities for HVAC and Plumbing works.- Prepare the coordination drawing for the above false ceiling electro -mechanical services such as ducting, diffusers, and chilled & fire Water piping.- Responsible for the coordination with site engineers for installation as per shop drawings.- Responsible for shop drawing submittals and approvals liaison with Sr. Mechanical Engineer.- Attain meetings with the consultant and Raising RFl if there is any technical discrepancies in Design drawing- Prepare As-Built drawings for the final handing over of the project.- Prepare and maintain design change tracker on due course.- Use Revit MEP to create complex 3D building systems geometries for mechanical, plumbing fire protection systems and Equipment as per manufactures catalogue.- Review construction documents to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.- Help to identify construct- ability problems and propose solutions.- Model process piping, plumbing, and/or HVAC ductwork, produce mechanical layout drawings and provide a bill of material for procurement and dimensions for installation.- Create data-rich models to aid in the coordination process.- Check all models and coordination for all discipline.

Specialties: - Review construction documents to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.- Help to identify construct-ability problems and propose solutions.- Model process piping, plumbing, and/or HVAC ductwork, cable tray, Power, Lighting and Light current, produce mechanical lay drawings and provide a bill of material for procurement - Act as a resource for field coordination. Create data-rich models to aid in the coordination process.- Check all models and coordination for all discipline.- Coordinating between MEP and Structural/Architectural teams.- Assist with identifying design change challenges and coordination of changes.- Export Shop Drawings for the project.
