I've streamlined our corporate reporting, effectively compressing efforts that previously took over 120 man hours per week down to four hours per week. Over the years I have virtualized our servers, upgraded our end-user computer systems and software to the latest versions, introduced handheld systems to our field service reps, and provided training and support to help our team take advantage of all upgrades.

Worked for seven summers providing spiritual guidance for campers through Bible Study and team building activities. I trained the summer staff on safety and procedures related to Loucon's High Adventure activities such as High Ropes course and a Climbing/Repelling tower. I maintained all equipment related to those same activates. I created and started www.loucon.org to help campers share and remember their experiences while at Loucon. During the off-season I led customized team building activities for church and corporate groups.
