Projects include Mad Dog 2, deep water, lower Miocene play and Kaskida, deep water Paleogene Trend play in the Gulf of Mexico.• Oversaw designs for multi-well, subsea programs as part of a cross-functional project team that assured safe design, well integrity, capital efficiency, and, in a standardized fashion, eliminating inconsistencies across projects.• Coordinated and documented basis of designs and cost/schedule estimates increasing the operations team’s ability to convert to well programs.• Organized and presented work to assurance review teams consisting of stakeholders and co-owners resulting in full endorsement.

Provided operations and HSE superintendence, accountable for all drilling, completion and intervention operations and company personnel on the rig.• Managed rig operations in the drilling and completion of two stacked, frac-packed production wells meeting capex and HSE goals, prior to stacking rig.• Developed and implemented rig cold stack program resulting in over $250,000 annual savings for the asset.

Accountable for all aspects of operations planning and execution.• Delivered five pre-drilled completions prior to first oil allowing production capacity to fill the facility at first oil.• Designed and implemented company’s first deep water, subsea extended rig flow backs, expediting well clean up, data acquisition and saving facility time/cost.• Provided on-going operations support to the planning team after first oil, focusing on procedural continuous improvement and equipment quality control, helping to reduce overall non-productive time up to 10%.
