Evaluation and characterization of oil and gas properties, including SEC reporting, acquisition due dilligence, field studies, and other economic analyses. Supervise workover and completion operations on wells in Permian Basin (pulling and running tubing, rods, pumps, coil tubing operations, perforating, acid stimulation, hydraulic fracturing, etc.). Exposure to H2S environments, waterflooding, CO2-flooding. Track daily costs, order personnel and equipment, and promote incident free operations.

Supervise drilling and completion operations on rigs in the Gulf of Mexico (jack-up and spar rigs). Maintain supervisory well control certification. Learning from mentors and technical training curricula. Ordering equipment and efficiently managing logistics to save money and rig time. Studied the feasibility of an experimental gas-lift design on a Gulf of Mexico oil well.Conducted cross-functional well reviews for 2 fields (~60 wells).Evaluated well performance and wrote procedures for recommended slickline work (pressure surveys, paraffin cutting, etc).Visited offshore production platforms to witness slickline operations.Visited ENSCO 89 jack-up rig to witness offshore drilling operations.
