Passionate animator, interactive designer, learning developer, and game artist.By day, Wesley Adams supports leading administrative roles as a Creative Director at the e-learning company Xcelerate Media. Day-to-day operations includes leading/teaching/delegating tasks to team members, consulting in meetings with managers/clients, and developing engaging and cutting edge courseware. By night and weekends, he is also a co-founder and entrepreneur for the game studio Multivarious Games as a 3D artist and consultant. His community management role in the local game development community called the Central Ohio GameDev Group (COGG) has propelled his leadership skills. He volunteers time in board member to help prepare/operate the local gaming expo called GDEX through administrative meetings, online events, and onsite support.Another passion Wesley has enjoyed is in helping in non-profits such as the American Pie Party (now known as Kids Get Cancer Too). Their mission is to support raising funds to families and their children in eradicating cancer with pie-in-the-face humor. Education is an important motif for Wesley as he is inspired to grow interactive multimedia and game development opportunities in the Midwest by supporting in the fields of learning like that of the after school k-12 programs at Game-U.
