(Publication Number: 20170131230, Publication Date: May 11, 2017)• Assisted in the research, development, mechanical design, and manufacture of laminated printed electro-chemical printed gas sensors. • Assisted in the development and setup of in-house manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and throughput of manufacturing sensors.• Designed and/or modified in-house fixtures for stenciling, silk screening, liquid dispensing, gas-testing, laser dicing processes using CAD software Solidworks.• Assisted in conducting highly accelerated life cycle testing (HALT HASS) on sensors in environmental chamber by cycling through temperature and relative humidity.
