I have worked with the non profit sector for over 20 years; educating volunteers, raising financial support, speaking around the nation and recruiting, training and leading our staff. Through that experience, coupled with over 20 years experience in the for profit sector of building teams, overseeing organizational growth, and creating long term financial strategies, I have developed a very unique perspective. Throughout my tenure I have had a common thread of building teams that last, volunteerism in the community, transferring organizational culture to managers and leaders, and helping organizations and individuals with the accumulation, preservation and passing on of their wealth. I have experience working with business owners, high net worth individuals and non-profit leaders to develop strategies to help maximize their current income, tax advantaged investing, planning for retirement, lowering their current mortgage interest rate, or purchasing a new property. I'm a husband, a father of 2 incredible kids, and recently, I've written and illustrated 2 children's book entitled, You Are My Boy & You Are My Girl.
