Carry out the following roles under the direction and supervision of the Seminary President and in coordination with all system-wide leadership, including Dean of Student Development, Academic Dean, VP of Advancement and CFO:1. Strategic Sacramento campus planning - stay ahead of changing campus needs to maintain momentum in the historically fast-growing Sacramento student body, via flexible next-year and multi-year strategic plans that navigate the limited funding available2. Budget creation, maintenance and control - perform financial officer functions for the campus3. Academic Coordination - manage and develop Sacramento's 30-person "corps" of adjunct professors; manage and direct Sacramento's non-MFT degree programs.4. Campus staff leadership - model and maintain a positive, energetic work environment5. Oversee Student Services as Director of Student Services6. System-wide representation on various committees7. Campus representation off-campus - effectively project Western's internal values and external value to the Christian and broader Sacramento community staff leadership8. Student development - actively engage with students' progress and success as an advisor for the M.Div., MA/BTS, MA/MFT and Graduate Certificate and other Degree programs

Help the campus fulfill the various needs of the student population by:- Overseeing the student services team, being actively involved with events on campus including, but not limited to: Commencement weekend, open house events, appreciation dinners, orientation, Campus Connect and coaching events- Serving as VA Certifying Official for all students eligible to receive VA tuition benefits- Overseeing development and implementation of community building opportunities for Sacramento students- Providing reports and documentation to furnish the needs of accrediting agencies during visits, or to achieve new accreditation standards

Made sure that all of the preplanned components of both the KLOVE and Air1 programs were carried out as designed. Oversaw the pre-programmed auto play of music, paying particular attention to timing of the radio ID and other timed elements. Answered the listener phone lines and comment lines, reporting yellow flags for troubling situations and green flags for great stories. Inserted Emergency Broadcast signal when necessary and served DJs when either tracked or live. In general, ensured the quality of the broadcast, particularly when it was tracked.

Led a church of over 200 through a nearly impossible move in only six months time while the Sr. Pastor was out on medical leave. Served and led everything from administration to custodian. Oversaw small group ministry, technology (including website hispathway.org, audio/visual, computers), 7th-12th grade student ministry, and was primary visionary. Preached and taught regularly to students and substitute preached when Senior Pastor was out of town (12 times annually). Supervised an adult team of 5 for student ministry, and a small group ministry between 10 and 20 leaders.

Voluntarily programmed high-quality week-long overnight camp for 4th-6th graders coordinating with camp and volunteer/paid staff throughout the year including recruiting, training, budgeting and visioning. Directed staff of 40-50 counselors, speakers, leaders and more for up to 200 campers. Additionally spoke and led Bible Studies for 15-200 campers (ages 4th-12th grades).

Taught Algebra & PE for 7th-8th grade students

Taught Bible,Algebra, Pre-Algebra, Geometry, US History and P.E. to Jr. High Students. Coached Boys Soccer, Flag Football, Boys and Girls Basketball and oversaw the athletic program at the Jr. High/Elementary Campus in Fair Oaks. Leading music & chapel messages I gave were among my most noteworthy remembrances by students and staff. The latter continues still voluntarily at Summit Christian School.

Went from local site director with a staff of 5 and 40 students to Supervisor of 17 Site Directors, recreation staff of over 100 and about 1,200 students daily in the Citrus Heights area. Oversaw budgets, detailed attendance, trained staff, hired and fired employees and maintained necessary goals for sustaining and growing funds.As Supervisor, managed staff for leading 17 programs serving over 1,000 student daily on 13 campuses in the Citrus Heights region and worked with community Rec & Park District as well as other supervisors in hiring and managing staffAs Intervention Specialist, provided leadership and support to two regions' Bridges After-School program site coordinators, team leaders and administration.As Site Coordinator of five to seven, served at-risk 7th and 8th grade students (approximately 40 students), Led support groups for students dealing with topics such as communication and emotions.
