Creative Services Director
CurrentCreative Services Director for in-house creative agency. A problem solver that leads and directs video projects, photo shoots, imagers and creative staff in the production of digital and print marketing for the Sports Endeavors brands. This includes but is not limited to broadcast television commercials, marketing and product videos, photo shoots and other creative elements for the leading soccer, baseball and volleyball retailers. Also manages the sourcing and directing of external production crews, talent and music for marketing projects. These projects are executed on time and on budget.Accomplishments include using a diverse experience in design and creative leadership to expand opportunities for the company. Most notably has been building a successful Video Department from the ground up that specializes in product videos, athlete and brand interviews. Also expanded the Photo Studio to manage high volume output while constantly improving quality in our feature photography and photo shoots. Striving to make video and photography key elements in our customer experience.Other responsibilities include hiring, managing, mentoring and giving annual reviews of team members.
