Responsible for swim course set up for IronMan Raleigh (1.2 mile course), swimmer safety (2500 - 2700 athletes), and safety paddlers (60- 80 paddlers)

Assist Swim Course Director in set up and break down of the 1.2 mile swim course for the IronMan Raleigh 70.3 and ensure athlete safety on race day, extractions, safety paddlers, etc.

Write articles pertaining to sea kayaking to help guide novice paddlers to smart choices in gear and safety.
