Chief Executive OfficerNational Young Men Of Color Leadership Initiative Foundation Dec 2020 - PresentThe National Young Men of Color Leadership Initiative (NYMOCLIF) is a 501 C3 nonprofit organization dedicated to developing, empowering, and assisting young men of color obtain self-awareness, gainful employment, college and career readiness. Since 2007, our President/CEO Mr. Wes Hall has conducted one of the nation's most in-depth independent studies measuring the attitudes and behaviors of young men of color pertaining to education and its impact on their future financial well-being. Since 2012, Mr. Hall has been contracted with the Los Angeles Unified School District as an Educational Consultant, where he Co-Created the district's Young Men of Color Initiative. Prior to his work with LAUSD, Mr. Hall was contracted with the Omaha Public School District where he created and facilitated the "Greatness Academy," for students, Professional Development for teachers, administrators, and faculty, and Parent Involvement workshops for parents. The NYMOCLIF fully intends to expand Hall's work and develop micro and macro constructs throughout the country, which create a holistic architectural design used to uplift, inspire, and transform the lives of underrepresented and adversely affected young men of color.
