Major works budgets in excess of $500 million across with the division of 1,100 management, engineering and frontline staff delivering 1,500 projects. * Major achievements included: Leading infrastructure teams to successful delivery of the 2014/15 program to budget target; winning the best project award for 2014 at TfNSW for the Lidcombe bridge replacement project; a 50 per cent reduction in lost time injuries over two years; delivery of more than $2 billion of rail infrastructure over two years in a high-risk weekend possession environment without major injury or unscheduled rail disruption; and revamped commercial decision processes with the rollout of the Master Services Agreement, based on early contractor involvement principles.
