Key responsibilities included: - Work very closely with the director and estimator as well as main contractor and supervisors.- Quantity survey all installed items, update programs and submit to head office for monthly claims.- Control and coordinate suppliers, materials and managing the project.- Manage all NCR'S.- Manage installation team of ± 15 - 30 installers.- Work closely with surveyors.- Program driven, ensuring that works are completed on time and on budget. - Managing all stock on site and logistics to site.- Responsible for all measurements on site and liaising with draftsman, estimator and manufacturing factory to ensure smooth running of day to day activities.- Setting out of brackets, gutters, curtain walls, shopfronts, doors and windows- Problem solving on site., with anagement and main contractor.- Ensure all site instruction from main contractor from any damages caused by contractor or other contractors.- Quality assurance and installation inspection- Inspect all on-site Aluminium Carpentry / Joinery and Glazing works.- Snagging and De - Snagging- Managing Toolbox Talks- Control site inductions with main contractor- Communicating with main contractor on daily basis.- Ensure that health and safety file is up to date
