CurrentI have been involved in many businesses and the real estate industry for over 40 years, from all aspects of financing, building, developing, investing, buying, and selling on projects nationwide and international. In the past few years, with the rapidly changing banking climate and financing options, I have been working on new and alternative methods of finding capital for my business and others with whom I have been consulting. Through these efforts I formed ASMX Capital Advisors LLC. I attended high school in Arroyo Grande, California and college at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California studying animal science and business. After college, I built and developed numerous projects in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, including single family homes, multi-family housing projects, commercial retail and industrial properties, schools and medical buildings. The next step was investing in real estate development projects in California and numerous other States.Throughout my business career, I have started, bought, and sold over fifty different businesses. These businesses have been in many different fields, from Retail, Construction, Real Estate Development, Resorts, Restaurants & Night Clubs, Printing,Internet Businesses, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and many others. Today I am still involved in buying and selling both Real Estate and Businesses through out the country along with Consulting and running my current businesses.
