With over 10 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of leading initiatives that transform organizational culture through learning and innovation. At Green River College, I played a key role in launching the Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation program, which has become an essential part of our efforts to build a more inclusive and engaged campus community. My work revolves around creating learning ecosystems that not only foster growth but also ensure compliance and inclusion at every level. In my current role as Director of Learning & Innovation, I focus on helping both staff and faculty thrive. Whether it's through developing leadership programs, enhancing onboarding processes, or guiding teams on compliance issues like Title IX and Clery regulations, I’m committed to making sure that every team member has the resources and support they need to succeed. I’m especially proud of the Foundations of Leadership program I created, which equips leaders with the skills to drive positive change across the organization. Before this, at the University of Michigan, I helped streamline professional development programs to align with the university’s goals while keeping costs in check. I worked closely with teams across departments to ensure that training programs were not only effective but also relevant and impactful.Along the way, I’ve built my expertise in coaching and mentoring, helping teams develop their strengths and achieve their potential. I’ve always believed that an inclusive and diverse workplace is the key to success, and I take pride in fostering environments where talent can grow and perform at its best.

Director Of Learning & InnovationGreen River College Dec 2022 - PresentAuburn, WaAt the Wilturner-Rosemond Center for Learning & Innovation, I drive the strategic vision to elevate learning and development, ensuring that our initiatives inspire collaboration, foster continuous growth, and deliver measurable results. My role goes beyond compliance—ensuring that we meet Clery and Title IX regulations while maintaining a strong foundation of legal and ethical standards across the campus. A defining achievement has been launching the Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation program through the AAC&U initiative in conjunction with the W.K Kellogg foundation. This progam has quickly become a driving force for institutional change, empowering us to lead with purpose and set a new standard for diversity and inclusion. In collaboration with eLearning, I designed a fully integrated learning ecosystem that harmonizes faculty and staff development into a unified, impactful experience—strengthening the core of our educational mission.I also created and led the Foundations of Leadership program, equipping leaders at every level with the essential skills to inspire teams, drive innovation, and achieve organizational goals. Recognizing the importance of a strong start, I developed a dynamic onboarding experience that engages new hires from day one, ensuring both staff and faculty feel supported and empowered to contribute from the moment they join.Additionally, I launched the equity representative initiative, arming our teams with the tools and knowledge to implement inclusive hiring practices that reflect our values. Every step I take is focused on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence—one where everyone is empowered to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact. -
