Fitness and Recreation Supervisor at the Arizona Biltmore Resort.Graduated From Arizona State University with my bachelors in Clinical Exercise Science. My Professional background comes from Fitness, Sports Medicine, Management, and Sales. I am very passionate about Sports Medicine, Medical Sales, and Fitness and Wellness as it relates to anatomy and physiology. I have worked in Physical Therapy where I have obtained knowledge on functional mobility, anatomy, physiology, sports medicine, and Device Sales. During my senior year at ASU, I completed an internship in Physical Therapy as well to develop a greater understanding for sports medicine and medical device sales. I have also worked 3 years as a Personal Trainer and as a Fitness Manager in the gym setting. I developed skills in Sales, Team coordination, Leadership, and a greater understanding of the human body. I currently own and operate my own company called @HomeFitness since 2020. This company allows me to travel to peoples homes and Personal Train them one on one in the comfort of their own home.
