• Worked on Project Propel, a project lead by Danny Allen (D&I) to increase minority representation in Silicon Valley. Hosted workshops with professors at minority serving institutions (HBCU’s, Community Colleges) to educate the teaching staff on the product design process, and then use the process to redesign their courses in a way that would better prepare their students for the current business climate in Silicon Valley.• Used design thinking to improve the TeachDesign digital platform, a website-tool used by teachers and facilitators to help integrate the design thinking process into their course. The site teaches users about topics such as personas, need-finding, rapid prototyping, etc. Used methods such as card-sorting with test users to help determine the information hierarchy of the site.• Hosted a series of workshops with the companies HR Brand Partners where we used design thinking to help prepare the company for Gen Z, giving SAP a competitive advantage in acquiring the next generation of talent.

• Worked at the front desk in Stanford University’s Media and Microtext Department, where patrons can check out movies, videogames and microfilm documents. Microfilm contains texts such as archived newspapers and company sales figures.• General customer assistance if, for example, a patron had trouble operating a microfilm reader or DVD player.• Made sure film and texts were properly organized and catalogued in Stanford University Library Database.
