I assumed the role as Sales Manger at the beginning of 2019, I now work closely with our sales team to ensure our clients are getting the best car buying experience possible. Every week I host interactive meetings with my staff to ensure their progression as Sales Specialists and point out weaknesses and strengths as a team.

I began as a Sales Specialist at Kingston Volkswagen in late 2016 until early 2019 where I assumed the role of Sales Manager. During my time as a Specialist I worked on giving the customers an experience, I focused on making the sales process easy and fun for the customer without adding unnecessary pressure and in turn they were happy to give Kingston Volkswagen their business. I'm proud to say that I became lead sales Specialist during those 2 years.
