I am a passionate, driven leader with 19 years of experience of managing employees up to approximately 200 employees. I have worked as a front line supervisor all the way to managing a manufacturing department and managing a store. I am a small business owner myself and pride myself on continuous growth and development. I am very well trained on operational cost analysis and can quickly identify gaps that when fixed lead to major cost savings. I’m analytical by nature but love working with associates to make operations, businesses and processes stronger and more efficient.
