Acting programme delivery manager and site project lead for delivery of multiple decommissioning projects for the Ponds Programme. Projects to date include full scale decontamination and de-plant of the UHP skip decontamination facility, installation of a modular active effluent treatment plant, size reduction trials on pond water treatment plant tanks/vessels and remedial decontamination and further legacy waste clearance from the reactor ponds.Delivering significant schedule benefits, radiological and conventional hazard reduction, along with cost savings to the client and UK taxpayer.Active member of the site lead team.

Ansaldo Nuclear Engineering Services (A-NES) core capabilities lie in design, manufacture, assembly, works testing, commissioning & project management relating to bespoke mechanical and electromechanical equipment for the nuclear decommissioning, new build & defence markets.Reporting to the Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager, I am responsible for the project management of a number of multi-function and multi-disciplinary projects on the MSSS Programme. Project management of the full project lifecycle, from concept design, through procurement, manufacture, assembly and into works commissioning.Key Responsibilities include:• Ensuring project level interfaces are visible and maintained with dates held through coordination across projects and with delegated authority from the Senior PM/Programme Manager• Supporting and mentoring Project Engineers and Project Planners with an emphasis on: o P50 planning, time risk allowances and reasonable Scheduling o Customer engagement•Supporting and execution of programme change control ensuring NEC3 compliance o Develop good working relationships with client commercial/project representatives o Key stakeholder and driver of Risk reduction meetingsOther day-to-day responsibilities include:Project Cost and Schedule Management, Earned Value Management, Project and Business Revenue Forecasting, Project Reporting, Resource Management, Managing Project Deliverables/Scope Management, Change Control, Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, New Works Contract (NWC), NEC3, TCIF, Contract Management, Trend Analysis and Project Improvement Initiatives, Regular Client and Senior Management interfacing, Succession Planning, Junior Staff Coaching and Development, Ownership of Project Lifecycle deliverables.
