As a leader my primary philosophy is that there is a difference between managing and leading. A manager derives their authority from the institution or individual who granted them their title. A leader derives their authority from the team of people whom they support. With this as my focus I develop and execute strategies which, provide my team the tools, knowledge, confidence and support they require to effectively achieve the goals set for them. These strategies are focused on anticipating multiple potential outcomes in various scenarios which further prepare the team to meet any challenge with confidence and enthusiasm.
