Currently improving my negotiation skills at Tesla and learning about leadership through being part of the first cohort of the McKinsey - Leadership - Forward Program.In addition to my studies, I love attending conferences on diverse topics such as Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and (geo-)politics. I am passionate about projects that help myself (and others) better understand the world. In the Netherlands, I supervised a board coordinating students and faculty staff that work with various companies under the theme "The Power of Decisions". Related to this theme, I organized a symposium featuring prominent speakers making important decisions on a daily base. Our program included a 3 week expedition to South-Korea and Singapore where we visited 14 companies, several universities and the Dutch embassy, enhancing the relation between them and the TU/e. This experience gave me valuable insights into leadership and managing a large group, taking into account conflicting demands and strict deadlines. -
