I had the function of testing the tasks within the branches, where I built the apps and carried out the test cases, where sometimes I tested features, and at other times I carried out a search for possible scenarios that could break both the layout and the app. Wrote BDDs on developer tasks with acceptance criteria. I was also responsible for monitoring the UX from customer acceptance to developer implementation, and always documenting actions on the board.

I was responsible for ensuring product quality, analyzing tasks opened by customers and new projects. One of the challenges I encountered was leading other QAs to retest the entire platform with a new architecture that used Kafka, Docker and microservices. Training new clients or clients who have questions helped me a lot in evolving my communication, as we had new clients all over Brazil and carrying out this training was one of my responsibilities.
