I started my career as a change manager, then moved into retail where I spent 12 years learning the trade. 7 of those years were spent in e-commerce as I managed the merchandising operations for Woolworths Online, a premium retail brand in South Africa. In 2017 I made the move to Education as the Managing Director of Red & Yellow Creative School of Business where we are focused on teaching the great creators, inventors, leaders and entrepreneurs of the 21st Century.In January 2021 I started the Head of Customer Success at Virgin Active South Africa. In less than a year I was promoted to Integration Director and led the team that built the new Virgin Active app and Loyalty programmes. I left Virgin Active at the end of 2023 to growth the following startups:- Supertube Associates- Bluefin Tuner / Musos- Click OrganizeI'm also partnering with the team at Euvic MEA to help grow the business in South Africa.
